Jason Drussel

Director, Multifamily Development 

Jason is the Director of Multifamily Development at Dakota Pacific. Prior to joining DPRE, Jason was Director of Development at Sundance Bay, a Utah-based real estate investment firm, where he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s ground-up multifamily development projects in multiple states. Before Sundance Bay, Jason held various senior-level positions with H-Bancorp and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; managing over 10 million square feet of real estate and closing over $1 billion in assets.

Jason received his B.S. in Business Management / Corporate Finance from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
