Jeff Gochnour

Jeff oversees and directs the entitlement, design and construction of several mixed-use projects along the Wasatch Front. Prior to joining Dakota Pacific Jeff was a Partner of the Boyer Company, where he directed the public/private mixed-use redevelopment of the downtown mall district in Ogden, Utah. Jeff has also served as the Director of the Division of Business and Economic Development for the State of Utah, and as the Director of Real Estate Development for Gastronomy Properties, where he directed the acquisition, development, renovation, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and other properties. Jeff was previously the President of The Land Group for Montrose Capital Corporation, where Mr. Gochnour directed the development, marketing, leasing, financing, and operations of an 8,000-acre real estate investment portfolio.

Jeff has a B.A. Journalism from University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
