Skyler Southam

Analyst

Skyler Southam joined Dakota Pacific in the Spring of 2022 as a Capital Transactions Analyst.

Skyler is responsible for underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities. He also assists in the asset management of DPRE’s existing portfolio of operating and development assets.

Prior to joining DPRE in his current role, Skyler interned as an acquisition analyst for Dakota Pacific and Peak Capital Partners.

Skyler graduated with a B.S in Finance from the University of Utah.
