Landon Burt

Analyst

Landon joined Dakota Pacific Real Estate in the fall of 2024. His primary responsibilities include assisting the deal team manage the firm’s existing portfolio assets and underwriting new acquisition / development opportunities.

Previously, Landon interned at Utah Retirement Systems (URS) on their real estate acquisitions team, where he gained broad exposure to managing and underwriting assets across diverse sectors, including multifamily, industrial, office, healthcare, timber, and agriculture. He also gained valuable experience interning at funds such as Partners Real Estate Fund, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and Sweater Ventures.

Landon graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Finance and a Master of Financial Economics.
