Vice President, Capital Transactions

Zach Clegg joined Dakota Pacific Real Estate in the summer of 2020 as an Acquisitions and Development Associate. Zach is responsible for underwriting new acquisition opportunities as well as the asset management of DPRE’s existing portfolio of operating and development assets.

Prior to joining DPRE Zach completed an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance and development at the University of California, Los Angeles. While at UCLA Zach completed internships with TruAmerica Multifamily, MetLife Real Estate Investors, and Brasa Capital Management. Prior to his time at UCLA, Zach led the finance and accounting functions for a nationwide alternative real estate debt provider.

Zach graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. and Masters in Accountancy and earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
