The Forge at Geneva is a 45.12 acre partially improved land parcel entitled for 1.8 million SF of office, retail and multi-family located in Vineyard (Utah County), Utah. Given its location in the heart of Utah County near two major universities, the city of Vineyard – on the site of the former Geneva steel mill — was the fastest growing place in America growing from a tiny town of 110 people in 2010 to 12,539 in 2020.

The acquisition of The Forge was part of a portfolio acquisition from another local developer in Q3 2017 and provided DPRE with the opportunity to benefit from the rapid growth and value appreciation experienced in Vineyard.
