The dual-branded Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites is a four‐story, 213 guestroom limited-service hotel on a 4.59-acre site located in Broomfield, Colorado. Broomfield is located between downtown Denver and Boulder along the US 36 Boulder Turnpike and is home to many Fortune 500 companies. In the last several years, Broomfield has experienced a significant increase in hightech and R&D firms and is home to more than 20 corporate, national and regional headquarters.
