The Springhill Suites is a four‐story, 127 guestroom limited-service hotel located in the Denver West corridor in the city of Lakewood, Colorado. Denver West is home to major office parks, corporate headquarters, international businesses, a major medical center, and the Denver Federal Center, which hosts the largest concentration of government office buildings outside of Washington, D.C.

The site is located directly adjacent to the Colorado Mills – a 1.4 million square feet shopping mall with over 180 stores and a large variety of food offerings – and near the base of I-70, which provides access to Colorado’s major ski resorts and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
