Lindon Gateway Technology Park is a class B multi-tenant office campus located in Lindon, Utah. The property includes 6.2 acres with two, two-story office buildings totaling 75,223 SF. The technology park is part of a larger campus of privately owned buildings that present an opportunity for tenants to have quick access to the freeway while providing a significant discount to newer, similarly located buildings in the area.

The acquisition of Lindon Gateway was part of a six-asset office portfolio in an off-market transaction. The portfolio consists of three separate sub-portfolios known as the Riverwoods Office Park, Lindon Gateway, and Post Office Place, all of which are located in Utah County. The assets provide a diversified set of characteristics that attract different tenant types by offering a value option, freeway visibility, and proximity to high-net worth clientele.
