Millennium Edina is a 6-story 227-unit multifamily development project located in the city of Edina, Minnesota an affluent firstring suburb of Minneapolis. To develop the asset, DPRE entered a partnership with Luxe Residential, a full-service development and construction company that had previously executed successfully on 13 similar residential projects in Minnesota and throughout the Midwest.

The asset is located in an ideal suburban multifamily location within a 15-minute drive of the St. Paul International Airport and downtown Minneapolis, and is in the heart of surrounding high-end retail and commercial developments. The property is adjacent to the Southdale Center and Galleria Edina, two large shopping centers that include retailers such as Tiffany & Co, Lululemon, Louis Vuitton, Pottery Barn, Warby Parker and others along with an abundance of attractive dining options.
