Dakota Pacific Real Estate (“DPRE”) is a real estate investment sponsor raising and deploying capital on behalf of both private investors and institutional/family office clientele.

Since its founding in 2010, the firm has raised and invested $537M in equity commitments representing approximately $1.25B in real estate value across a myriad of multi-family residential and commercial projects comprised both of value-add acquisitions and ground-up developments.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, DPRE is affiliated with the JR Miller Family Office which provides deep stability coupled with the opportunity for valuable collaboration to further drive growth. DPRE leverages its local presence and expertise along with select strategic partnerships to capitalize on superior risk-adjusted opportunities in the growing markets along the Wasatch Front and surrounding Intermountain West locations. With a deep focus on business plan execution beyond the initial investment, DPRE employs in-house asset and property management teams dedicated to maximizing asset potential and generating superior returns for its stakeholders.
