Michelle Keaveny

President, Property Management

As President of Property Management, Michelle oversees the commercial property management division for company owned and third-party assets in Utah and California.

Michelle joined Dakota Pacific Real Estate Partners in 2017, after the merger of Cottonwood Partners and Dakota Pacific. Prior to Dakota Pacific, Michelle was the President of Property Management for Cottonwood Partners; a real estate investment, development, and management firm. During her tenure, she was responsible for Class-A office high rise, medical office buildings, office-tech facilities, vacant land, and was the real estate liaison for acute care and rehabilitation hospitals in Texas and Louisiana.

Her experience also includes tenure as the Director of Operations for Texas Regional Medical Center in Dallas County with over 500 employees. Divisions of the hospital responsibilities included Facilities Management, Human Resources, and Food Services.

Michelle is the President of Park City’s Newpark Owners Association, on the Board of CREW Utah, is a member of the Park City Women’s Business Network, and BOMA Utah. Michelle graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas.
