Peter Owen

Director, Finance

Peter Owen is the Director of Finance at Dakota Pacific Real Estate. Prior to joining DPRE, Mr. Owen spent several years at Sorenson Capital, a private equity firm, as assistant controller for their venture capital and growth equity strategies.

Prior to Sorenson, Mr. Owen worked at UMB Fund Services, a national leader in registered and alternative investment fund services, where he served private equity, hedge fund, and fund of funds clients across a variety of sectors. Mr. Owen received a Bachelors in Finance and a Bachelors in Accounting from Weber State University. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
